A Michigan native who has called South Florida home for nearly 20 years, Jodi Burnstein is the founder of Rové Hair Salon and a color specialist with deep experience across every facet of hair. Her love of people and artistry has fueled a career built on creativity, education, and genuine connection — she believes a great appointment can change a person’s mood, outlook, and entire day.

Jodi has worked in some of the industry’s top salons and holds certifications with TONI&GUY, Platinum Seamless, and other leading methods. She’s a firm believer in ongoing education, continually refining her craft to stay current and inspired.

She created Rové because she always envisioned a space where independent stylists could enjoy the freedom of running and growing their own business while staying unified by a single vision: to remain creative, excited, and educated so they can keep creating beauty.
