I am writing to formally demand a full refund of the $2,200 I spent at your salon for hair extensions and coloring. The service provided by Stacy was a complete failure, and the subsequent treatment I received from your management and staff is entirely unacceptable. She didn’t even know how to face frame highlights. They turned yellow and she had to redo them, which burned my hair. I was there for approximately 6 to 7 hours. Within two weeks of my appointment, every single extension fell out of my hair. When I contacted you with photographic proof of over 25 fallen extensions, you refused to take responsibility. Instead of offering a professional resolution, you were incredibly rude, banned me from booking with Stacy, and told me to find another salon. I approached you calmly and politely to resolve a clear service failure, yet you treated me with hostility.Furthermore, the behavior of your staff is utterly disgraceful. After my appointment, my 80-year-old mother walked into the salon looking for me. When she gave them my name, your staff claimed they had never heard of me, despite the fact that I had just walked out the door after spending thousands of dollars. Denying my existence to an elderly woman looking for her daughter is malicious and unhinged.I paid for a premium service and received zero results, followed by systemic rudeness and disrespect. I expect a full refund of my payment immediately. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will take further action, including filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau, state licensing boards, and sharing my experience in detailed public reviews.I expect to hear from you within 48 hours to confirm my refund.They also kept my leftover extensions and did not return them to me.I followed up with another highly qualified professional Salon. They thought that I had the extensions done at least four months prior and I expressed to them. I just had them done a week prior. The professionalism of the salon I was given advice from stated Stacy should not be licensed to install hair extensions, Also that the owner should have compensated me and not try to make it seem like it was my fault.⚠️ In Response to the Owner of the Salon, I won’t share your name because I am a respectable individual, I have never even met you in person. It’s very quite impressive how you put Stacey up on a pedestal of almost being a perfectionist as a stylist. I am a mathematician and a genius and have been in Architect for 25 years and I would never say or insinuate that I have not had errors in my work.Your lack of compassion and refusal to take responsibility shows a complete lack of integrity. You are choosing to lie to make yourself look good to your clients instead of fixing the damage your salon caused.It is incredibly disheartening that you, as the owner, and your staff have chosen to act this way. Instead of stepping up to render help or fix the problem you created, you have chosen to humiliate me with fabricated lies to protect yourselves. Unfortunately, in this circumstance, you are 100% lying. You have maliciously kept my money, including the extremely large tip I gave to Stacey, despite knowing the horrific state my hair was left in.I am one of the nicest people you would ever come across in your entire life. I never make complaints on Google or anywhere about any company because that is not the type of person I am. However, I had to make this known so the public knows exactly what type of company you run—it is absolutely disgraceful.I am demanding a full refund of the $2,200 I paid for this ruined service. If you choose to ignore this and continue protecting your pride over basic customer service, I will take every available avenue to warn the public. This includes sharing my story, the detailed timeline, and the before-and-after photos of my damaged hair on every public review platform available. I will also be reporting this predatory business practice and the refusal to rectify the situation to the Better Business Bureau and the state.⚠️
I really loved this salon in particular because the owner listened to me and didn’t try to upsell me - just gave me exactly what I wanted and my hair looks great. Very friendly staff and lovely experience.
After going to the same salon in New York for years, it was time to find a new place where I live and I’m happy to say I found it. This was my first trim since being 2 months postpartum, and a little refresh and some self-care were much needed. Also, everyone was so kind, warm and welcoming which I appreciated so much. The salon is also so beautiful, clean, and inviting. The entire experience was lovely and stress-free which was refreshing. I went to Lo and she understood what I wanted. My haircut turned out perfect! Thank you!!!
Gabrielle B is the absolute best!! Not only is she a joy to be around but she does an amazing job every time. I would not trust anyone else to give me the lived-in blonde of my dreams 💛 the salon staff are always welcoming and they use great products as well. I always leave happy!
